For Drop-Off Appointments:

Your pet will need to be up to date on core vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) prior to drop-off.  In addition, please provide a phone number prior to drop-off.

Please have your pet dropped off between 7:00 am and 7:45 am. If fleas are seen on your pet, your pet will receive a Capstar, a tablet that kills adult fleas for 24 hours. Pick-up for your pet must be after 3pm, and you will be contacted to schedule a pickup time to avoid schedule overlaps.

For Curbside Appointments:

Curbside appointments must be made in advance and may be any appointment type or time. For these appointments, please park in one of the indicated curbside parking spots and call the clinic when you arrive. Your pet’s check-in process will be done over the phone, and a masked member of our team will come out to bring your pet in. They will also bring paperwork for you to sign. Once your pet’s examination is done, the veterinarian will call you to discuss the appointment and any additional information regarding your pet. You will have the option to either pay with a card over the phone, or give a card to one of our service team members to bring inside.
