When cats attend Parkview Animal Wellness, the staff is dedicated to minimising their anxiety, fear, and stress. To ensure that cats are as comfortable and content as possible, our amazing staff of cat advocates adheres to a particular set of efforts.
We train all of our personnel in gentle ways in an effort to make every visit to our facility enjoyable for all of our patients. However, we go even further with the following for feline appointments:
1. Bring out the catnip and create a calm environment using calming pheromones.
2. team members with training and cat knowledge
3. stress reduction for both pets and their owners
